1. Donation Refund Policy

At RR Crime International Detective Association (RRCIDA), we highly value every contribution made toward our crime awareness, public safety, and community welfare programs. Because these donations are instantly directed to support our ongoing initiatives and social service programs, **all donations made to RRCIDA are generally non-refundable**.

However, if a donation is made accidentally or an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical error on our gateway/payment processing screen, the donor may submit a written refund request within **7 days** of the transaction date. RRCIDA will review such cases on their individual merits and process refunds at the sole discretion of the Association's management.

2. Membership Registration Fees

Membership fee refund terms depend entirely on the status of your membership application:

• Application Rejected: If RRCIDA's screening committee rejects your membership application during verification, any registration fee transferred during application will be **refunded in full** (less any direct payment gateway charges, if applicable) within 7–10 working days of the rejection decision.
• Approved Members: Once an application is approved and a member ID or certificate is generated, the membership fee becomes **strictly non-refundable**. Membership fees are used for administrative processing and member benefit services.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for an accidental donation or a rejected membership application, please follow the steps below:

• Send an email to info@rrcida.org from your registered email address.
• Include the following details in your message:
  • Donor/Applicant Full Name and Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID / UTR / Reference Number
  • Transaction Date and exact Amount transferred
  • Sleek payment screenshot showing successful transfer
  • Reason for requesting the refund

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited directly back to the original bank account or payment method used during transaction. Please allow **7 to 10 working days** for the refund to reflect in your account statements after approval. RRCIDA is not responsible for any delay caused by banking systems or third-party payment settlement processes.
